"Roland Donahue is professional and hard working man. My water softener had lots of issues. He made various offers including purchasing a new softener (both expensive one and cheaper one). I chose to fix my current one that is 10 years old. It costs me $600 including tax (he had to replace resins and raiser), but this is definitely worth, as water in AZ is very hard. He also checked on my R.O. Again, Roland is a great man and deserves 5 stars; and I recommend him to hire. "

"Hands down the most professional and hard working company to hire. I contacted Roland after a quick quote on thumbtack. He then explained that this was for the water softener and RO system together plus installation. It was the lowest quote by hundreds and the same exact product the other companies were planning to instal. Roland showed up on time and from the moment he started didn't stop till the job was done and done right. Had one little bump in the road when the largest tank that Roland wanted to instal for the RO system wouldn't allow the cabinet door to fully close. Which we initially left so we could enjoy the water from the tap. But Roland called next day after ordering the new smaller tank that would fit in my cabinet and scheduled a time that fit my accommodate my busy life to come replace the larger tank. Was back in a day, fixed everything and couldn't be happier. Definitely shop around. This is an expensive upgrade for your homes. But I'll tell you right now you will not find anyone better than Roland and his professional crew, in terms of price and quality. Roland thank you for everything, can not thank you enough."

"Roland, the owner of Renegade Water has come out on two separate occasions. Once to install a Reverse Osmosis unit and again to install a water softener/filtration unit. Roland is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He performed the work quickly and with great care. I had terrible water that stained appliances and smelled like chlorine. I was spending hundreds of dollars a year on bottled water. After the installation of the RO unit and Softener our water is great! It tastes great, the chlorine smell is gone and our dish washer is working better than ever. I would highly recommend Renegade Water and their products. They are very friendly, do great work and the cost is very reasonable."

"We have used Renegade for 6 years now, have used RO water for 26 years, and prior vendor in this upscale age restricted community had faulty connections and higher prices so you only use them. Ten people I know switched to Renegade and those still here still use Roland and his crew because they are RELIABLE, HONEST, CLEAN, and take care of any rare emergencies ASAP. After 40 years in law and accounting we were upset to find that a person put a bad review on for an absurd reason. There are many great reviews for this firm in my community and I was the first and I would have heard if that changed.
