Asset Management

Real estate Asset management have the responsibility of maximizing the performance and value of the client's portfolio of real estate assets.  They are responsible for formulating and implementing a short and long-range real estate asset management plan. Asset Managers within the company's real estate in would be responsible for all the product types within the fund, which may include office, retail and Industrial.
