SERVICES AGREEMENT

JM Commercial LLC and Your Company Here (below) enter into this agreement.  JM Commercial LLC agrees to provide consulting, management and coordination of listed services and Your Company Here agrees to pay JM Commercial LLC for these services.  These “services” are listed in the Schedule of Services attached and described by our service descriptions attached and authorized by Your Company Here.

This service agreement does not include product prices or vendor fees.

            $$$$       25% Retainer Fee – Non Refundable

 

            $$$$      50% Progress Payment Due upon Selection of Vendors

* Implementation will be billed @ $50/Hr. (**Plus Implementation)

JM Commercial LLC is authorized as our management consulting firm.  Your Company Here agrees to assume full financial responsibility for all fees, deposits and closing bills incurred during said projects.

JM Commercial LLC will provide the listed and described services in accordance with the listed financial considerations.  In the event the Your Company Here relocation contemplated in this agreement is delayed beyond the control or influence of JM Commercial LLC, and such delay requires JM Commercial LLC to re-schedule and/or notify vendors, JM Commercial LLC will bill the client 2 ½% of the Services Fee for additional administrative activities.

Change Orders are considered re-work and are therefore billable at $50.00 per hour.

This agreement, JM Commercial LLC ‘Schedule of Services’ and JM Commercial LLC ‘Service Descriptions’ constitute the entire agreement unless modified in writing and signed by Your Company Here and an authorized Officer of JM Commercial LLC.

JM Commercial LLC, as a retained consultant and management firm, hereby insists Your Company Here comply with JM Commercial LLC by adhering to all of the procedures as utilized by JM Commercial LLC to obtain the mutually desired objectives.  In addition, the client must not duplicate, distribute or reuse JM Commercial LLC documents, procedures or materials for their benefit without the written consent of JM Commercial LLC.
