Broderick Law Firm, LLC was established by Michael Broderick III in April, 2004 in Middlebury, Connecticut.

The firm represents individuals in the purchase, sale and lease of real property, zoning matters, and tax appeals. The firm represents lenders in residential and commercial transactions. Legal services are available to small business owners in starting a new business or in the purchase or sale of an existing business. The firm acts as title agents for Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.
The firm attorneys advise clients on estate planning matters involving taxation and asset protection for the family.  Our attorney’s prepare documents such as a Last Will and Testament and Trust Agreements.  Attorneys at the Broderick Law Firm, LLC represent clients in probating decedents’ estates, will contests, and conservator and guardianship proceedings. The firm attorneys also advises clients regarding title XIX – Medicaid issues.The firm takes pride in its dedication to its clients by providing personal service to both existing clients and new clients in all transactions.

Michael Broderick III
Attorney Broderick is a graduate of Manhattan College, Syracuse University College of Law, and Boston University Law School where he was awarded a Master of Laws in Taxation.  He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts.

He has practiced law in Massachusetts and Connecticut.    He is a member of the Connecticut and the Waterbury Bar Associations. He is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut.  Prior to establishing Broderick Law Firm LLC, Attorney Broderick practiced law in Waterbury, Connecticut for fifteen years.

Frederic E. Mascolo
As of January 1, 2005 Attorney Frederic E. Mascolo has become Of Counsel to Broderick Law Firm LLC.  Attorney Mascolo is a graduate of Seton Hall University and the Georgetown University Law Center.  He is a member of the Connecticut and Waterbury Bar Associations, and a former Probate Judge for Waterbury, Middlebury and Wolcott.   Prior to joining Broderick Law Firm, LLC Attorney Mascolo practiced with the firm of Moynahan, Minnella & Tindall in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Melanie Danielowski
Melanie Danielowski is a legal assistant with the Broderick Law Firm, LLC.

She has been with the firm since its founding.  Melanie assists attorneys in the preparation of real estate matters, both residential and commercial. She maintains contact with clients, attorneys, realtors, lenders and all parties involved during the preparation for closings. In addition to handling the preparation of the closings, she handles the post-closing details. Melanie assists attorneys in the preparation of corporate, estate planning, summary process and probate administration documents/files. In addition to working on office files/matters, she handles miscellaneous administrative items throughout the office as well.
