We screen our caregivers based on their employment history in working with the elderly as well as in the home. NAH also obtains reliable references before recruiting/hiring our caregivers.Lastly NAH performs criminal background checks on all prospective caregiver to ensure the safety of our clients and their property. NAH employees are all bonded and insured.

That is why we encourage our client and their loved ones to participate in their care as much as possible by taking part in building the best care plan for them. Further more NAH allows the client to choose the caregiver they connect with the best before start of care.
