Nursing Care
Nurses at Home hires registered nurses and Licensed practical nurses to perform all nursing needs.
Our RNs are experienced, trained and are compassionate about working with seniors. They perform the initial full assessment of client and develop care plans in conjunction with loved ones. RNs also perform on-going assessment and supervision of LPNs companions and Home Health aides. Other Duties performed by our Nurses include wound care, Colostomy care, feeding tubes, psychological assessments, insulin administration, medication administration and more.
In addition, on call RNs are available to you 24hrs a day for questions and concerns.
Personal Care
Nurses at Home specializes in providing private duty care through placement of certified home health aides and nursing assistant. Our private duty aides are experienced, trained and will provide your elderly loved one the necessary assistance to live comfortably at home.
Private duties include but are not limited to assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding transfers, light meal prep, light house keeping and escorting to appointments. Our caregivers also allow the client some degree of independence where needed.
Live In Care
Nurses at Home provides home health care professional to elderly or disabled clients who require 24-hour, round the clock care. Our live in care ensures constant supervision and assistance as well as companionship to the client.
Hospice Care
Nurses at Home has a specialized team of nurses who are available to offer primary care and emotional support to those clients/families with more advanced needs. We also provide hospice care aides that are trained and experienced in providing care and comfort to patients and their loved ones. In cases when the client’s family may need to go away for vacations or functions, Nurses at Home is more than glad to step in and provide the care needed until the client’s family returns.
Companionship
Nurses At Home provides companions to our clients/senior who need general supervision and re-direction.
Our companions may stay home with the client and can help clients write letters read to them and engage in other home activities.
Nurses At Home also provides companionship to those clients who love getting out of their home to go places, attend outdoor activities such as movies, luncheons and appointments.
Our companions are trained and experienced home health aides.
