She always ensures that they have the best care possible and finds creative ways to help best support them. Jessica is always pleasant and goes with the flow even in the most difficult of circumstances. Thank you for all you do and keep up the great work, Jessica!

Tiffany Leffingwell has been with CHS for almost 8 years! She cares so much about her consumers and always has their best interest in mind. She greets them every day with a smile, shows compassion and is always happy to see them! She is a great team player, dependable, and is always willing to help her team in any way she can. Tiffany continues to be a positive influence in their lives and has helped them achieve and maintain so many of their goals. We are so glad you are part of the CHS team and thank you for your dedication, hard work and everything you do

Ceciley Rodriguez has worked for the CHS Respite Team since May 2024. She has made such a positive impact with her consumers during that time. One family states "Ceciley is a great worker and really cares about her consumer. She is punctual, hardworking and a great role model." Thank you for all you do, Ceciley!

David Stegeman is a Lead Staff in one of our Midland homes. He has provided a great deal of support to the consumers as well as the family. David puts in the time and effort to really get to know the consumers and his staff. He does a great job managing his responsibilities in the home, remains approachable, and is always eager to help whenever there is a need. David does an outstanding job problem-solving, communicating, and handling challenging situations. We are very fortunate to have him on our team! Thank you, David, for all you do to ensure our consumers are happy and thriving!

Sheryl Vanderstelt is such an amazing staff and a phenomenal caregiver. She makes a huge difference in her consumers day to day. She has a remarkable ability to connect with consumers on a personal level. The dedication to her role is inspiring to all of us!
