Breana Battjes has newly stepped into the role of Assistant Lead staff but has already shown the leadership qualities and heart that make her a perfect fit for the position. Her compassionate and caring nature makes her not only easy to work with, but also someone consumers and coworker’s feel they can truly rely on. She has a rare ability to relate to others, which fosters trust and comfort among the individuals and families we serve. Her natural ability to support others and lead by example is setting a high standard, and we are lucky to have her in this position!

Shawn Benson is a natural leader who consistently goes above and beyond for her consumers. She builds strong connections, provides excellent support, and always keeps their well-being at the center of her work. Shawn is also a strong and dependable member of the team—we can always count on her to step up when needed. Carol Carley’s Lead Staff shared that she consistently goes above and beyond, always willing to assist at a moment’s notice. Whether it’s supporting her consumers or stepping in to help her fellow coworkers, Carol is known for her reliability, dedication, and positive attitude. She ensures smooth transitions in every situation and is always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Her approach is consistently kind, courteous, and professional, not just with consumers and coworkers, but with office staff as well. We are incredibly grateful to have Carol as part of our team. Her commitment and teamwork make a meaningful difference every day.

Melody Oard has jumped right into her role as Lead Staff, always learning, growing, and going above and beyond. She supports her team, cares deeply for her consumer, and handles challenges with ease, all while keeping a positive and respectful attitude. We’re so grateful for you, Melody! 

Celena Rossett joined CHS in March and has already become such an important part of our team. She’s hardworking, dependable, and always goes above and beyond for the consumers and their families. Celena has a wonderful way of engaging with consumers and making every interaction meaningful. We’re so lucky to have her on our team!
