Jordan Carper has been a steady, supportive presence in her consumer's life. She assists wherever she’s needed and helps make everyday smoother and less overwhelming for everyone involved. She communicates clearly, isn’t afraid to ask questions, and always keeps the team in the loop, which we really appreciate. Her dedication and care shine through in everything she does. Michele Church has been an extremely beneficial asset to the homes and consumers she works with. She is reliable and willing to help out however she can. Craig Lorentz consistently provides excellent care and goes above and beyond to ensure those he supports are not only safe but also engaged in meaningful and enjoyable activities. He is creative in finding fun ways to keep his consumer involved and entertained, always tailoring activities to their interests. Craig is reliable and dependable. Samantha Grubaugh has been a pivotal role with her consumer and has created a supportive & uplifting environment. I can see the impact she’s had firsthand. Sami has such a sunny and chipper attitude and is always down for an adventure with her consumers. Sami has really jumped into her new role, eager to make a difference and have a meaningful impact with her coworkers and consumer. I’m so incredibly grateful she’s here and I know the consumers and their family feel the same way.
