ADULT FOSTER HOMES in the Portland metro area are often called Adult Care Homes or Adult Family homes in Vancouver. In Oregon homes are limited to five elderly residents (6 in Clark Co.) plus the caregiver and their family. Quality supervision 24/7 with private bedrooms, often with their own bath or ½ bath.
