Our information and assistance is always at NO cost to you. While we do get a fee from any home you select, we only represent you and advocate for your needs.

Discussion of Alternatives
Bearing in mind the uniqueness of your loved one’s particular care needs, we will want to discuss with you all the available alternatives and services available.
If you wish us to meet with the family and/or the person needing care, we will be happy to do that at your convenience, however to expedite the process, we can handle most things by phone.
The Next Step
In the next step, we discuss the care needed with those providers that may have an opening who most nearly meet the care & location requirements. When we have their agreement to consider the care of the person in need, we present you with at least three options for your choice AND we will keep working with you.
Your choice – The Tour
When we have made the top matches of the most optimum places for you, we anticipate you will want to tour them. Please keep in mind this can be a very subjective experience. You will be viewing places through your eyes and that of your loved one. All of us, being human, tend to view things just a bit differently. It may be important that your loved one helps make the choice. In some cases, it may be more important for you to take the lead and make that decision, sometimes with the support of other family members. We can discuss this with you. Bear in mind, that with our almost 29 years of experience, we will refer you to only those facilities where we feel the care would be excellent. That should give you considerable peace of mind. All facilities we would refer you to have been licensed and are obligated to perform within the parameters of their license. People being people means some may be a bit different than others.
