Participated in a successful criminal prosecution of a $4,000,000.00 employee theft.

Have been called to provide expert testimony by the City of Philadelphia District Attorney’s office in a criminal trial involving employee theft.

Participated in investigations which resulted in referrals to the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) of the IRS, FBI, and Police Departments in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey.

Provided training and continuing education programs to CPAs and Attorneys on forensic accounting and fraud investigations for the PICPA and PA Bar Institute.

Participated in Mediation regarding claim for wages in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Provided litigation support relating to employee theft, shareholder fraud, business interruption loss, claim for wages, accountant’s malpractice, and regulatory violations of post-secondary educational institutions.
