We recently purchased a home that is over 50 years old. We had another company come out and clean the air ducts. They must have had a shop vac, but sufficient to say we decided to go with another company, when they wanted $300 more to do what I thought was the original contract agreement. We called Air Duct Cleaners. They brought their big rig and heavy duty equipment and despite being there for over 3 hours cleaning out the huge mess in the vent system, they still charged the originally quoted price and threw in a freebie or two. The two technicians who came out worked right through dinner and in to the night finishing the job. They had cameras and showed us what was hiding in that air duct system. They said it was probably one of the worst 5 jobs they had ever seen. They did a great job and now we feel comfortable moving in knowing that it is clean and fresh. It was great! They showed up 5 minutes early, gave me a phone call when the were on the way to my house, offered to wear booties in the house and were thorough. They were clean and friendly. They also took a bunch of pictures when I checked in and showed me exactly what they were doing. Our house is 14 years old and I’m so glad I finally had this done since we bought it 2 years ago. We had such a great experience with Air Duct Cleaners. They came to the appointment on time. They were very thorough and did a wonderful job. They took before and after photos of our ducts. Such an improvement. We felt that everything that was advertised was EXACTLY how the experience was. The price was reasonable for all that they did. the equipment used was specifically for air duct cleaning…not just a large shop vac. Our technicians Jared and Ryan, were friendly and very knowledgeable. They laid a drop cloth down on our floors and carpet when they moved hoses around .
