Our technicians take the time to thoroughly clean every inch of your carpet without cutting corners. In doing so, they implement the following process for each job:

• We perform a thorough inspection and provide an honest estimate.
• Our technicians vacuum the carpet to remove all dried soil.
• We carefully pre-condition all the material, reaching every corner with a high-pressure sprayer that sits on the carpet for 15 minutes.
• Technicians gently brush the material to loosen and remove oil, dirt, and other impurities.
• Next, our technicians apply a rinse solution to further soften and condition the carpet. We apply a detergent to remove the cleaning agents used in the previous step. Our detergent neutralizes and softens the carpet for a fresh, clean look and feel. Then, our truck-mounted machines use suction and hot water to extract dirt and grime from all areas of the carpet.
• We apply deodorant to all of the carpet after we are done.
  
• To keep your rugs cleaner over time, we can also apply a protective coating that helps shield the rug and rug fibers from dirt buildup and stains upon customer request and approval.
