Wellness Care
It’s the little things.
Daily habits that add to the quality of life are directly linked to health. Wellness is not just about nutrition, meeting physical and mobility needs, or quality medical care. Wellness is also psychological, emotional, and social. Wellness care can be as simple as companionship, social connection, or finding purpose. We help you identify wellness needs, and can help you pursue them.

Respite
Need a break? We get it, and we’ve got you.
Caregiving for loved ones can be as emotionally rewarding as it can be emotionally fatiguing. Fatigue doesn’t mean you don’t care enough or that you aren’t enough. It means you’re human. We’ve been there. If you need to get away for a while to recharge and rejuvenate, or just need to get out for a few hours, we can help.

Health Reminders
For many seniors, maintaining quality health can be a complex sum of a lot of little things. We can help keep track of all of it, from physical and social activity, to diet reminders, to daily medication management. We can gather up the big picture, keep our eyes on it, and follow up so you don’t have to.

Hygiene
Personal care needs can range from simple sanitary needs, like handwashing and denture care, to very involved needs, like toileting and bathing. Hygiene can be a sensitive topic for many, because it is very personal. Our caregivers are professionals who will deliver hygiene services with respect, compassion, and dignity.

Physical Assistance
All of our caregivers are trained in delivering safe mobility and physical assistance, including transferring, fall prevention, and stability assistance. We can also make recommendations for assistive devices or simple modifications to your home to support mobility needs and reduce fall risk.

Memory Care
Memory care requires specialized support. We understand the unique challenges of dementia and Alzheimer’s, and we understand how those challenges impact families when aging-in-place is important. If your loved one requires memory care, we can help.

Non-Medical Care
Regular hourly client care comes with complimentary concierge services like scheduling appointments, grocery shopping or ordering, and basic pet care. Hourly client care also comes with light housekeeping, laundry, and other basic home care functions, and we can often provide referrals for certain skilled services, like heavy housekeeping, handyman services or mobile beauticians, depending on your area. Your care is fully customizable.
